The two towering offices that make up the Shanghai Diamond Exchange Center are conjoined by a breathtaking glass atrium designed to usher natural light into every office of the building. The Diamond Exchange Center is 535,500 square-feet with one tower designated to the China Diamond Exchange, while the other houses a myriad of other high profile tenants. To achieve the dynamic contrast between office and atrium, Goettsch Partners installed aluminum paneling to the exterior of the towers and coated them in Valspar’s Fluropon coating. Not only does Fluropon provide both towers with a stunning appearance, it also protects the buildings from the elements.
